Must Try: The Primal Toast
The menu at Thr1ve is a health foodie’s dream! The options for a nutritious and filling brunch are just endless – think protein bowls, paleo pancakes, filling smoothies and superfood toast (with all the toppings!) After much deliberation and drooling over the healthy menu, I decided on the Primal toast, topped with peanut butter, honey and banana slices. I also chose the Wake up call Smoothie – a winning combination of espresso beans, chocolate whey powder, homemade cashew butter, dates and cinnamon, which did exactly what it said on the tin and kept me energised for hours! This was my favourite menu of all the places we visited and had there not been a million other exciting spots to eat, I would have been back many times! If, like me, you love to eat breakfast any time of day, this place is for you! A definite place to visit if you are looking for healthy eating in Sydney.
