Cacao Overnight Oats:

There is really nothing better than waking up to a delicious and healthy breakfast that’s already made! This Cacao overnight oats recipe is super easy to make – just mix all the ingredients together, pop it in the fridge and then top with your favourite toppings in the morning! This recipe is dairy free, refined sugar free and glint free if you use gluten free oats! It will keep you energised throughout the morning and the chia seeds and cacao give it a super nutritional boost too!

Make these oats before going to bed and thank yourself in the morning!

1. Mash the banana

In a large bowl, smash the banana (choose a really ripe one!), with a fork until it is smooth

2. Add milk and oats

Add the milk and oats and mix really well! I like to use almond milk, but you really can use any milk you have or that meets your dietary needs!

3. Stir in everything else!

Add the honey, chia seeds, cacao powder and give it a really good stir so everything is well combined

4. Add toppings and enjoy!

In the morning your oats are ready to grab and go, or add your toppings –  give the oats a stir first and then top with your favourite toppings – I used strawberries and a drizzle of honey!
