Golden Turmeric Smoothie:

This Golden Turmeric smoothie is just sunshine in a glass! It’s not only full of fantastic ingredients that will nourish your body and give you a glow, but it tastes damn good too!

I used the Golden Grind spice powder, which includes Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger and Black Pepper. I also used this for my Turmeric Spiced Granola recipe too!

Cinnamon, ginger and turmeric is a winning combination, and the addition of black pepper ensures maximum absorption of the turmeric too! Turmeric has been used in Asia for thousands of years, but it seems the health industry has now realised it’s health benefits. Both an anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant, turmeric is proven to increase energy, boost immunity and improve memory!

Dairy Free – Vegan –  Gluten Free – Refined sugar free

Method

1. Add all the ingredients into your blender

  • 2 tbsp of Golden Grind Turmeric Powder OR 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger and a pinch of black pepper

  • 1 cup almond milk
