1. Chop the cauliflower head into small trees
2. Put them in a food processor for about 30 seconds until you get a couscous like consistency (You might need so scrape the edges)
3. Heat the coconut oil in a large pan, when it has melted, add in the spices
4. Pour the cauliflower couscous into the pan and stir until it changes colour. (I love the golden tones of the turmeric!)
5. Add in the sweetcorn and heat through.
6. When ready, stir in the raisins and seeds and its ready to serve!
